Suicom FAX Service

The Aastra FAX Service is an embedded FAX solution for Aastra 470 systems bringing FAX to the inbox of each persons email client within your Company. It offers an easy plug-and-play solution to send and receive FAX messages
The Suicom 400 FAX Server offers
  • Receive FAX and send plain Email on incoming FAX containing incoming FAX as PDF attachment to the Mail client of the recipient
  • Print documents as FAX out of Windows applications and/or send FAX via mail client supporting both portrait and landscape format and both 100 dpi and 200 dpi and supporting using parameterized front pages
  • Automatically try re-sending a FAX message on busy receiver or failed delivery
  • Support using names of contacts within Outlook / Exchange to retrieve the FAX number to be used
  • Create log file on incoming and outgoing FAX messages
  • Email client or Microsoft compatible Printer Driver for sending outgoing FAX
  • Pre-installed delivery on Application Card (CPU-2) and silent install and update
  • Joint configuration within the Suicom 400 Web configuration tool, backup managed within the Suicom 400 backup system (no separate backup tool for FAX required)
  • Joint licensing within Suicom 400
  • Supports up to 8 media channels and up to 600 FAX mailboxes
