Suicom BusinessCTI - Integrated call administration per mouse click

The Suicom BusinessCTI client can be used directly with Microsoft Outlook. Likewise, it can also be used independently from Microsoft, for example with Lotus Notes. Independent from the chosen application, Suicom BusinessCTI is distinguished by its comfortable dialling aid as well as the excellent contact, journal and task management.
Call Management
  • On calls from known partners Suicom BusinessCTI automatically show all contact data
  • On calls from unknown partners Suicom BusinessCTI supports easily creating a new contact entry
  • All important contact partners can be configured within a list of favorites, showing their presence and offering calling them or sending messages or starting a chat session
  • Powerful search mechanisms within various phone books support easily finding the required contact partner

Presence

  • You can directly see the Exchange and Communication System presences states of your partners within Suicom BusinessCTI and within Microsoft applications like Outlook, Excel or Word - and your own presence is visible for your internal and external partners.
  • Outlook events can be used managing your presence and e.g. divert incoming calls to your voice box during a meeting or to your deputy during holidays

Journal

  • All incoming and outgoing calls are logged within your Journal with date, time, duration of call, name and number
  • It allows input processing – leaving notes, call backs or planning to return a call at a certain time
  • It is an ideal tool for reviewing work done during a hectic day and not losing track of what still needs to be done

Federation

  • A federation is a special web-of-trust for users of communication systems. It creates a secure structure for communication within and between organizations and/or companies. Typical communication services used today in a federation are presence management and instant messaging (chat).
  • Presence management within a federation allows presence information to be exchanged beyond company borders, for instance with partners or customers. If somebody is online and reachable, he can be spontaneously contacted by phone. It is also easy to send a short message and receive a reply instantly (instant messaging, chat).
  • Therefore, federation is particularly interesting for teams whose activities cut across companies.
