CMG Lite

Suicom CMG Lite offers a comprehensive set of applications that meets the different needs of a wide range of companies and industries, and adds value such as professional ways of communicating and collaborating with customers and partners.
This package is based on the CMG and offers you a wealth of tools like advanced attendant functionality, instant messaging, corporate directories, call logs and presence profile management.

The attendant console NOW Attendant offers efficient support through a large number of integrated functions securing high quality attendant performance.

With phone book you can extract the information you need to create a company phone book from the CMG database. The information can be structured in several ways, by alphabetical order, by department, or by location. CMG Lite contains a couple of other applications, such as Office Web and Office Quick. Office Web and Office Quick are multi-featured applications for office users to control how incoming calls are routed, for example during a meeting. The applications also provide an on-line directory with access to colleagues’ activity or presence information.

CMG Calendar Connection - Information about co-workers whereabouts or events is automatically transferred from the calendar (e.g. Microsoft Office/Outlook, Lotus Domino/Notes and Novell/GroupWise) to the CMG, available for attendants and office users.

CMG Visit - This is a sophisticated visit management routine that supports hosting employee, attendant and receptionist as well as the visitor, giving every visit a VIP treatment. It provides tools for visitor management in four steps; preparation through visitor pre-registration, welcoming and registration in the reception, internal hosting and finally reporting. All steps are integrated with the CMG system.

InTouch+ is a SIP based soft phone with a complete set of call control features. It also incorporates UC features, such as Presence/activity status, buddy lists and Instant Messaging, as well as integration with CMG’s activity management features. InTouch+ is a Windows based application residing on any PC or laptop and can be used either in the office, from home or from any location with an IP connection enabling a VPN connection to the office. It’s an ideal tool allowing full access to corporate communications wherever you are. It enables your users, including Contact Center agents, instant access to subject matter experts and key individuals to exchange information quickly and efficiently, thus increasing reactivity to customer demands.
