Aastra OfficeSuite – call management at a single click.

The Aastra OfficeSuite is offering full control on incoming and outgoing calls, presence states and personal reachability, call-, text message- and voicemail journal. Further it convinces by strong directory search features and full MS Exchange integration.

Beside the features offered via call manager, presence display, phone book and journal, the OfficeSuite offers several add-ons making it even easier to manage frequently used activities:
  • Offering easy access to control your presence and call routing via profiles
  • Dialing using a hotkey − using any freely definable key combinations, calls can be accepted and cleared directly from the computer keyboard.
  • Using the clever highlighting function, calls can be made directly from any document.
  • The OfficeSuite is not just able to connect to a fixed system terminal, but a connection can also be made to any additional phones, e.g. a cordless telephone or softphone – OfficeSuite switches automatically to whichever telephone is currently in use.
  • Even greater convenience can be achieved by linking it to Microsoft Outlook and Exchange: Using this connection the calendar and absence display are connected and your presence information is visible for other people calling you – and can even be used modifying your call routing, e.g. forwrdaing incoming calls to your voicemail, while you’re in a meeintg.
  • As an agent within the Suicom 400 Call Centre you can use your OfficeSuite client to control your agent state, e.g. login and logout, activate break times or control the wrap-up times
  • In connection with building automation systems, such as KNX, you can even use your OfficeSuite client to control lights or roller shutters.
